MAKING APPOINTMENTS:
All sessions are by scheduled appointment only.

For international or out of our area clients (including Europe and North America), contact us by telephone or email, so that we may speak with you directly and set up a time for your session(s) convenient to our respective time zones.
Please note: all online/cyber sessions take place in real time – we use MSN, Yahoo and AOL.
After we have set up a time schedule, payment information will be taken directly at the time the appointment is made. For individual sessions, payments will be processed at the time of the session.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up (barring emergencies), you will be charged the full session fee. If you are late for your appointment time, your coach will wait a maximum of 15 minutes past your appointment time. After that, your session will be deemed late or not-existent, and you will be charged the full session fee.
For telephone sessions, you will be responsible for telephoning the coach. We ask that you be aware of any time differences that may be involved in your scheduled appointment time. All sessions are in Pacific Time)
INSTALLMENT PLAN: For 16 week commitment programs, four equal monthly installments of $444.00 will be arranged. All payments will be processed starting on the first day of signup (e.g. if you signup on March 11, your first payment is that day, recurring payments will be on the 11th of subsequent months).
CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you decide to cancel once the 16-week program is underway, you will be charged the remaining amount in full (absolutely no refunds). A 10% percent discount will be applied, if you decide to pay for the full program amount at the start of the program. For monthly ongoing coaching, we absolutely require 30 days notice prior to discontinuing, otherwise your coaching will automatically be renewed.
ALL transactions are in USD$$ and the words "The MIND-BODY CONNECTION Centre" will appear on your credit card statement.
